OpenLoop is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for R&D.; You will partner with leaders to forecast needs, source diverse talent, and design scalable recruiting strategies in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on full-cycle R&D; recruiting experience, solid communication, and the drive to grow within a dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid Toronto-based work model and competitive compensation with equity.
