This manager oversees aeronautical service terminal activities across ramp, apron, fuel, customer service, and facilities coordination. The position leads Line Maintenance personnel, team leads, supervisors, Quality Assurance, and customer service teams. Responsibilities include safety compliance, stakeholder relationships, scheduling, budgeting, training, and client-focused arrivals and departures. The role supports operational improvement and terminal growth. Key Responsibilities:

Manage ramp and adjacent apron operations with airport authorities Supervise training, performance, scheduling, and workforce management Ensure safety, security,



and regulatory compliance across terminal operations Manage fuel orders, inventories, and refueler truck standards Lead YOW safety incident investigations and follow-up measures Requirements:

Ten years supervisory experience in an aeronautical service terminal Five to eight years leading personnel and teams Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience Experience with Safety Management Systems and incident investigations Ability to obtain RAIC, Transport Canada clearance, AVOP, and ROTC Bring aviation operations leadership, safety management, and stakeholder communication to Skyservice Business Aviation’s YOW terminal.
