As Manager, Business Operations, you will oversee Recent Business, Policy Service, and Office Coordination employees across the region. You will build a cohesive provincial team, guide operational change, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies supporting consistent service delivery. The position also advances efficiency, accuracy, and advisor experience. Key Responsibilities:
