As an experienced People and Culture Lead, you will guide the local team and partner with managers. The work covers employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred Professional HR qualification preferred, including CIPD or CPHR Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Strategic business understanding and solutions-focused judgment Knowledge of Atlantic Accord legislation and offshore regulations Apply People and Culture leadership, employee relations, and compliance expertise supporting offshore operations from St. John's.
