Jane is building its first dedicated Growth group, focused on helping clinics successfully get started with Jane. The AI-first Software Development Manager will lead the developers on the Activation team and partner closely with product, design, and data. Remote - Canada, full time role offering a CAD salary with equity. You will own Activation outcomes, shape AI-driven onboarding, and collaborate across product teams to deliver a connected clinic experience for customers.
