Shape CIBC’s workplace strategy in Toronto through real estate transformation, employee experience, and evidence-based recommendations. Work in a hybrid arrangement, onsite one to three days weekly. As Director, Workplace Strategy, you’ll translate CIBC’s Global Workplace Experience Strategy across enterprise and flagship environments. You’ll advise leaders, develop workplace standards, and align transformation with business priorities and future workforce needs.
