Lead syndicated loan structuring and execution at ATB Capital Markets in an onsite Associate Director role focused on corporate clients. This position supports origination, due diligence, credit analysis, pricing, negotiation, and distribution of syndicated loan transactions. You will collaborate with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Loan Syndications leadership to develop financing structures and syndication strategies. The work includes preparing investor materials, managing lender engagement, and supporting successful closings. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Corporate Banking and Investment Banking with syndication origination Conduct due diligence, credit analysis, and financial modeling Structure, negotiate, and price syndicated loan facilities Prepare CIMs, lender presentations, and financial models Manage book-building, lender interest, allocations, and pricing recommendations Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or quantitative field Three to five years of relevant transaction experience Solid credit analysis and PowerPoint skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills MBA, CFA, or relevant designation is preferred Apply credit analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution expertise to syndicated lending at ATB Capital Markets.
