The Manager Geology provides strategic direction for geological services supporting production, resource growth, reserve replacement, and long-term objectives. This senior leader oversees departmental performance, financial management, talent development, stakeholder engagement, geological data, resource models, and reporting standards. The position follows a 5/2/4/3 roster with 9.5-hour days. Key Responsibilities:

Develop exploration, resource definition, grade control, and reserve growth strategies Prepare goals, budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans Provide technical governance over geological data and resource models Lead succession planning,

Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering Skilled Geoscientist certificate or ability to obtain it Minimum 12-15 years’ progressive underground mining experience Minimum 5-7 years’ leadership experience managing technical teams Resource estimation, reporting, geological software, and budget management experience Bring underground geology leadership, resource expertise, and strategic planning capability to Evolution Mining’s Red Lake operation.
