Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Telesales Agent for the Dayvan division, Kitchener, Ontario. We are looking to fill a permanent full-time position within our sales team as a Remote Lead Generator/Account Manager for our Western Canadian territory. This position is mainly telecommuting. More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:
• Promote sales development through phone calls.
• Ensure that accounts opened with Richelieu remain open or are closed.
• Validate if the customer needs to be contacted by an external sales representative.
• Update Excel files.
• Make an end-of-day report on all accounts to be closed.
• Report to the Sales Manager at the end of the day on all accounts to be visited by an external sales representative.
• Evaluate customer profiles.
• Identify development opportunities. Requirements
• High school diploma and/or relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of technological tools such as MS O?ice suite, Teams and Zoom.
• Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, will be considered an asset. The Ideal Candidate Is Someone
