Drive Brokerage engineering programs at Robinhood using technical program management, system design, and transparent executive communication. Work in New York or Menlo Park at least three days weekly. As a Technical Program Manager, you will guide complex cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch. You will work with senior engineers, product leaders, and Brokerage leadership while coordinating design, customer experience, and operations partners. The team is also exploring AI across planning and launch readiness. Key Responsibilities:
