Lead global compensation, equity, and benefits at Xanadu while shaping programs for a public-company workplace and specialized talent market. As Director, Total Rewards, you will report to the Chief People Officer and combine strategic partnership with hands-on leadership. You will develop compensation architecture, executive rewards, equity strategy, benefits programs, governance, and scalable infrastructure. Your work will support attraction, retention, performance, internal equity, affordability, and long-term shareholder value. Key Responsibilities:

Lead global compensation cycles, promotions, incentives, and bonus payouts Develop Compensation Committee analyses, recommendations, and materials Oversee RSUs, stock options, grants, vesting, and reporting Assess health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs Optimize HiBob integrations with Shareworks, payroll, and supporting systems Requirements:

Significant progressive Total Rewards experience across compensation, equity, executive rewards, and benefits Public-company experience supporting executive compensation and Compensation Committee matters Direct Total Rewards experience across Canada and the United States Hands-on Shareworks and HiBob or similar HRIS experience Executive presence and collaborative partnership skills Bring global compensation, equity, benefits, governance, and analytics expertise to Xanadu's evolving Total Rewards function.
