The Continuous Improvement Lead advances the J&J; Operating System culture across Canada. This professional role leads strategic initiatives supporting MedTech, Cutting-edge Medicine, and Surgical Vision. You will improve safety, service, quality, productivity, compliance, and cost performance through operational strategies, digital solutions, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the site continuous improvement strategy and roadmap Drive Lean, JJOS, Gemba, and root-cause initiatives Manage projects from ideation through implementation and sustainability Develop dashboards,



KPIs, reporting tools, and analytics solutions Partner across supply chain and distribution teams Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred Minimum four years of related work experience Supply Chain or Logistics experience required Operating System, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred Lean certification preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred Bring continuous improvement, supply chain, Lean, and analytics expertise to Johnson & Johnson’s Canadian Distribution operations.
