Windmill Microlending in Canada is seeking a collaborative and agile self-starter to serve as Associate Director, Fundraising as we prepare to close a $50M national campaign that inspires philanthropists to support newcomers. Reporting to the National Director Philanthropy, you will manage a portfolio of 80 donors and drive major gifts while building partnerships with foundations and corporations; you will steward donors with compelling proposals and impact updates.
