As a trusted technical advisor, you will help global manufacturing leaders secure digital infrastructure and improve performance. The role requires consultative expertise, solution architecture, and the ability to translate complex telemetry into business value. You will support sales cycles and customer transformation. Fluent Canadian French and English, spoken and written Five to seven years in presales engineering or consulting Understanding of SIEM, SOAR, threat detection, or observability Experience with large-scale data or log management platforms Ability to lead workshops and executive presentations Bring Splunk architecture, security, observability, and consultative communication expertise to Eastern Canada’s manufacturing customers.
