Are you an experienced Site Superintendent looking for your next opportunity in the Windsor area?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Superintendent to join an established construction team delivering Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects throughout the Windsor region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong site leadership, hands-on construction knowledge, and a proven ability to manage projects from mobilization through completion.

��️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily site operations on ICI construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Manage construction schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address potential delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance with Ontario construction regulations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, engineers, and clients to resolve site-related issues.
- Manage site documentation, daily reports, inspections, and progress updates.
- Oversee deficiencies, inspections, and project closeout activities.

�� QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE





- Minimum 5+ years of Site Superintendent experience in the local ICI construction sector.
- Proven experience delivering ICI projects in Windsor or surrounding Southwestern Ontario markets.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, construction methods, and health and safety regulations.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on active construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and site productivity.
- Experience working with a General Contractor or Construction Manager is strongly preferred.
