management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living

The Director of Wellness will be responsible for:

- -Leading the clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services




- -Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible
- -Lead for infection prevention and control practices
- -Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support growth opportunities
- -Enthusiastic participation in sales, community and recreation activities
- -Compliance with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities
- -Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
- -Manage care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to budget
- -Prompt resolution of residents and family concerns
- -Performing other duties as assigned

Must haves:

- -Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO
- -3+ years in a leadership role
- -Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
