The office of the Honourable Rebecca Chartrand, Member of Parliament for Churchill-Keewatinook Aski is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Constituency Assistant position.

About the role:

This position provides direct support to constituents by managing correspondence, coordinating community outreach initiatives, and performing key administrative functions within the constituency office. Through your work, you will help connect residents with federal programs and services, address constituent inquiries, and contribute to the effective delivery of responsive, people-centered service. Primary responsibilities:

- Constituent Services: Respond to community inquiries via phone, email, and in person; manage casework; liaise with government agencies to resolve issues.
- Administrative Support: Maintain confidential records, manage correspondence, schedule meetings,



and support daily office operations.
- Community Engagement: Assist with event planning, outreach activities, and local meetings to strengthen community relationships.
- Communications and Outreach: Prepare and coordinate written communications, including monthly mailers, constituent correspondence, news releases, and promotional materials to support community engagement and outreach efforts.
