Job Description

Overview

Your role

Under the supervision of the Director Financial Assessment, this person will have the following responsibilities:

- Support the Asset Management and Accounting team in updating the financial models for various investments within the Capital Portfolio, performing ad hoc analyses, preparing asset dashboards, and other related activities.
- Assist the team by building and analysing financial models for project feasibility studies, including reviewing key assumptions and conducting sensitivity analyses to assess project robustness.
- Participate in the development, review, and analysis of bid models for Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) projects, including evaluating pricing assumptions, operational risks, and financial performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and actively participate in presentations to the senior leadership team.

About you

- Undergraduate degree in finance or similar.
- MBA or Masters in Finance along with a CFA designation is an asset.




- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Strong analytical experience including financial modelling & valuation.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure sector is an asset.
- Bloomberg knowledge is an asset.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Robust problem solving & presentation skills.
- Capability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency while having the ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken). *

Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
