About the team you are joining

Areyou passionate about marketing? Would you like to gain work experience in atruly international organization? We are looking for an energetic andself-motivated marketing intern to join our marketing department. If you’re anambitious individual who wants to build a career in product and contentmarketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include the creationof content for campaigns,



reporting on their results while supporting themarketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Themarketing team consists of 25 individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds.The team manages the entire marketing for IATA’s Products and Services. Workingclosely with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and other key internalstakeholders, the marketing team helps guide the product strategy to identifygrowth opportunities across the portfolio.

What your day would be like

- Contribute to the creation of product campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising
- Assist team members with the creation of engaging content and webpages
- Input marketing processes on Atlassian – Confluence pages
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance by collecting quantitative and qualitative data
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Support marketing operations including budget tracking

We would love to hear from you if you can offer the qualifications below

- Degree required in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline (degree must have been achieved within the last 12 months);
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques;
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset;
- Familiarity with online marketing tools including Google Analytics as well as social media platforms;
- Interest in marketing technology (MarTech), marketing automation, and CRM systems;
- Strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources;
- Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS office programs (especially Excel). Experience with PowerBI will be considered as an asset;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive, self-starter with keen interest in aviation;
- Excellent oral and written English and knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset;
- Authorized to work in Canada.
