TWC Global Services is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst who will provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design for Government Sector Enterprise.
Title - Systems Analyst - Senior

Must-Have Skills -
- Knowledge of the business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients information technology requirements experience of PUM upgrade PS Tools upgrade and Fluid Classic
- Able to design develop test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new PeopleSoft development analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on HR Absence Management Time Labour Payroll and Benefit Administration
- Experience to evaluate information technology options in the PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) application for clients in the development of current functionality or system modifications evaluative skills to provide clients with various recommendations and outline advantages and disadvantages of each.
Nice to Have-
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations.
- Knowledge of change management including techniques trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system.
