Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Owen Sound Gardens Retirement Residence.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high‑quality healthcare to our residents, ensuring their health and well‑being while fostering a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for residents.



Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness strategies. Monitor residents' progress and adjust care plans as needed. Participate in case management and quality improvement initiatives. Involved in Meet and Greets with the residents quarterly. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) designation with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification. Strong experience in geriatrics or long‑term care settings preferred. Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate approach to patient care with strong communication skills.
