This management role coordinates operations, represents regional teams in organizational planning, and aligns services with regional priorities. It also advances collaboration, quality improvement, and effective resource use.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Regional Program teams toward programmatic and strategic objectivesCoordinate service alignment with management and partner organizationsOversee budgets, policies, procedures, and operational improvementsLead annual planning and performance evaluation activitiesLiaise with community, healthcare, and Ontario Health Team partnersRequirements:
