Protect Wealthsimple’s Toronto office through physical security, incident response, and clear customer-facing communication five days each week onsite. You’ll support employees, visitors, and guards while strengthening everyday safety practices.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services, you’ll own daily office security operations. Your work combines visitor management, access control, investigations, emergency preparedness, and security awareness training. You’ll also document incidents, coordinate guards, and elevate sensitive matters appropriately.
Key Responsibilities: Manage visitors, temporary badges, and in-person security concerns
Deliver awareness training on badging and emergency procedures
Respond to incidents, document details, and pursue resolution




Investigate access violations, thefts, and workplace disturbances
Coordinate guards, access requests, badges, and system anomalies
Requirements: Two or more years in physical security or related work
Post-secondary security, risk, criminal justice, or communications education
Experience de-escalating tense situations with composure and discretion
Transparent writing skills for reports, procedures, and advisories
Sound judgment while managing multiple priorities
Bring calm judgment, incident documentation, access control, and security awareness skills to Wealthsimple’s Toronto office.
