Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate position located at St Catharines Nissan in St Catharines, ON. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the purchase process, and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include demonstrating vehicles, explaining features, negotiating terms, and completing sales agreements. You will also follow up with potential and existing customers to develop relationships and support client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

- Salesmanship and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills to address concerns and questions in a skilled manner.
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic understanding of automotive sales processes is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in automotive or retail sales, is beneficial but not required.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- OMVIC certification is a must.
