We are seeking a PART-TIME LICENSED rental property manager for a friendly, Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver location Rental Property Management Company with 25+ year A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau; with emphasis on:

- seeking recent clients (for extra commission)

- Overseeing lease and other forms documents, repairs coordination; tenant and owner communication; troubleshooting property issues; move-out inspections; rent increases; coordinate annual inspections; other property management duties; occasional showings

- Property management experience of one to two+ years preferred

- Excellent written and spoken English skills a must

- Ability to work in a small office, well with others, and be efficient in organizing, communicating

- We can be flexible with part-time hours

- Must be licensed
