Lead mobile equipment maintenance at Agnico Eagle’s Meliadine Mine using preventive maintenance and multidisciplinary team supervision. Work in English on a 14-and-14 schedule. Reporting to the General Supervisor, you will support the Maintenance Department as Mobile Maintenance Supervisor.

The position covers preventive, corrective, and modification maintenance for mobile equipment. You will organize weekly work, review KPIs, and promote safety, environmental, and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coach multidisciplinary mechanics Organize weekly jobs by schedule and urgency Ensure maintenance work is completed properly and on schedule Review KPIs and communicate corrective measures Coordinate information transfer across shifts Requirements: Maintenance Technician, Technologist, or certified tradesman qualification Five years of mining maintenance experience Knowledge of surface and underground mobile equipmentCMMS maintenance planning proficiency; JDE is an asset Experience leading a multidisciplinary team Apply mobile equipment maintenance, planning, and team leadership expertise within Agnico Eagle’s English-speaking Meliadine operation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
