Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Software Consultant to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, providing tailored software solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for helping clients optimize their software usage to enhance business operations.

Duties

- Collaborate with clients to understand their software requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions.
- Design, implement, and customize WorkforceSoftware based on client specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients on WorkforceSoftware best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes made during implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Build integrations in Workforce Software




- Build Collective Bargaining rules for US clients
- Build Configuration for punch clocks

Skills

- Proficiency in Workforce Software
- Experience working with US clients
- Atleast 2 to 5 full project implementations
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with integration design, development and testing.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
