Job Responsibility:

Nick Day Design is a custom woodshop specializing in high-end residential cabinetry and furniture. Our projects include custom millwork, furniture and a collection of solid wood furniture. Seeking an experienced Woodworker to join our team.

An ideal candidate will be:

- Skilled woodworker with at least 3 years of employment experience in a woodshop. Must be capable of working independently
- Able to read shop drawings, make cut lists and problem solve fabrication methods
- Experience working with a range of materials (wood veneers, solid wood, MDF, melamine). Specific experience and interest in working with solid woods is an asset.
- Familiar with standard cabinet and furniture construction and hardware




- Comfortable working with tools and machinery in a safe manner
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Dynamic, adaptable skill base
- Good attitude and a team player
