Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is eager to learn, and can communicate clearly and professionally with customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and lead times
- Resolve basic customer complaints or issues; escalate complex cases when necessary
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using company software
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or gather feedback
- Support the sales and operations team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk or reception area (if applicable)
- Learn and stay updated on company products and services

Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Fluency in English; other languages (e.g. Mandarin, French) are an asset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Work Environment:

- Office or front desk setting
- May involve standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
- Some roles may involve working with a small warehouse or factory team

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
