WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to the Manager, Operations.
- Provide a high level of customer service to, and liaise with, internal and external customers and partners.
- Deliver a high level of service to both internal partners and external clients, reflecting the organization's values and commitment to excellence.
- Review operational reports for completeness and accuracy. Follow up on discrepancies as necessary and support ongoing data integrity initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Perform regular audit and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance across deposit and mortgage processes.
- Input and update client information into required systems.
- Embrace change with a positive attitude. Actively contribute ideas and feedback to improve operational processes and enhance the customer and employee experience.
- Provide backup and support to peers across the team. Demonstrate flexibility by learning and supporting processes outside the immediate role, including those from other operational areas.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- You have a post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business/commerce, business management, finance, etc.).
- You have a strong understanding of end-to-end mortgage operations processes, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development. A minimum of three years' mortgage or financial institution experience is required.
- You are computer literate with a sound knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- You have a demonstrated ability to adapt to current systems.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with Wealthview Banking, and / or Filogix.
