Duties

- Conduct in-depth analyses of data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a explicit and concise manner.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights for strategic planning.
- Assist in the development of forecasting models to support financial planning and budgeting processes.




- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
