Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with a risk management solution and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Process endorsements and renewals accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.




- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and customer service skills.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an insurance broker.
- RIBO Licensed
- Robust communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work effectively and build rapport with customers quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential.
- Must be able to multi-task as needed to meet customer demands.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
