Job Responsibility:

At Parts for Trucks, we specialize in the installation and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment for a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities Include:

- Represent our line of quality, brand-name truck-mounted equipment to current and prospective customers in the transportation and vocational truck industry.
- Provide customer service and respond to telephone and walk-in sales inquiries.
- Make product recommendations to meet customer needs. Prepare quotations and correspondence, and follow-up until completion of sale and installation.
- Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to provide internal support for sales orders, facilitate parts ordering and availability, monitor and give updates.
- Complete invoicing for Equipment builds.
- Develop product and industry knowledge through training and self-initiated research.

Qualifications:

- A combination of training and hands-on technical experience, along with 2-3 years of experience in a comparable sales function.
- Self-motivated,



good interpersonal skills, and a professional sales presence.
- Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry, and an understanding of pumps and hydraulics.
- Good business writing and record-keeping skills, and an aptitude for math.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with business software.
