Currey Insurance & Investments is seeking an experienced Certified Financial Planner to support a large, established client base. This is a service-focused role, not a sales-heavy position. You'll help maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients by delivering full-spectrum financial planning and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess needs and provide personalized planning
- Develop and execute plans covering insurance, investment, retirement, and estate strategies
- Follow through from planning to implementation, coordinating all necessary steps
- Maintain detailed records using planning and CRM software
- Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure top-tier client service
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation (required)
- LLQP license (Mutual Fund License is an asset)
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
- Solid technology skills and ability to work with modern planning tools
- Based in Ottawa or willing to relocate
