This isn't your simple “highball” establishment, we develop high level Mixologists and Chefs who are passionate and driven to CREATE!

24 - 32 hours a week

(4 - 5 day shifts)

Starting Compensation - $16.80 / hr

Plus tip share - avg $9.5k to $12.5k / year

- 1-3+ years bartending experience (Even if you've never LED the team, we want to meet you!)

Activities and Responsibilities

- Managing the organisational aspects of the bar, such as keeping the bar organised and clean, taking inventory and reordering supplies.
- Enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Managing the bar prep and organisation so the evening team is set for success.
- Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Assisting in planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.

Day Bar Supervisor Requirements:

- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work morning/ daytime hours, including weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.
