Job Responsibility:

As a Customer Experience Associate at CEM Resorts, you will be the face of our hospitality services, ensuring every guest receives exceptional care and attention throughout their stay. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, handling requests, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. You will contribute to creating memorable experiences that align with our brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing assistance throughout their stay.

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

- Coordinate guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk) to fulfill guest needs.

- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and service issues.

- Assist in managing bookings, cancellations, and special requests.





- Promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance guest experience.

- Uphold company standards of service quality, professionalism, and hospitality.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
