Description : We seek a motivated and experienced Snow Removal and Landscaping Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a full hands-on leader, capable of leading a team and actively participating in all aspects of landscaping projects and snow removal projects. This position requires driving a pickup truck and trailer and maintaining regular communication with clients to meet their needs.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and motivate a team of snow removal and landscapers to efficiently complete projects
- Work alongside team members to perform different snow removal and landscaping projects.
- Operate pickup truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and to high-quality standards
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

Requirements:





- Ability to use various software programs for time management, job costing, and safety purposes (Aspire, Site Docs, etc.)
- Minimum two years of experience in landscaping or similar as lead Lead Hand, with leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate pickup truck and trailer and skid steer safely
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of landscaping and snow removal techniques and materials
- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Monday to Friday
- Winter: night and day shifts. Spring and summer, day shifts.
- Weekends as needed

Experience:

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
