Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager Loan Support, the Loan Support Supervisor is a key leader within the department, driven by a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and support. This role plays a vital part in enhancing member experiences by overseeing day-to-day loan administration, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence. With a robust focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and team leadership, the Loan Support Supervisor contributes meaningfully to both member satisfaction and the Credit Union's success.

Join our team and take a lead role in elevating member service as you:

Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership to the Loan Support team, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and service excellence while aligning departmental goals with the Credit Union's strategic direction.

Optimize Loan Operations: Oversee daily loan support functions,



including system maintenance, compliance, and process improvements, ensuring efficient, accurate, and member-focused service delivery.

Manage Risk and Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to lending policies, regulatory standards, and operational protocols, taking proactive steps to mitigate risk and uphold organizational integrity.

Develop and Support Team Members: Coach and develop employees by setting clear performance expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting career development.

Foster Collaboration and Relationships: Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance service and sales culture, promote the Credit Union's strategy, and represent the organization within the community and industry.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years of job-related experience and a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience with Consumer, Agricultural, and/or Commercial lending is preferred.
- Passion for co-operative values and active involvement in the community.
- Strong decision-making, organizational leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build respectful relationships with staff, members, and partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



with the ability to act as an effective spokesperson and ambassador for the Credit Union.
- Willingness to travel as required to all Prosperity service locations.
