Post manual entries at month end and input receivables/payables for netting and repayment activities

Review and approve journal entries for intercompany transactions between legal entities

Review consolidated intercompany balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all variances are investigated, resolved, and accompanied by transparent explanations for any discrepancies

Support dispute resolution with the business and serve as an escalation point for unresolved intercompany disputes

Participate in projects as required

Perform monthly account reconciliations

Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Ability to embrace change and have a “process improvement” mindset

Knowledge of Oracle, SAP ECC, SAP S4, BPC and PeopleSoft are an asset

Advanced level Excel skills
