We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for its Customer Focus Group (CFG) — a technical team that bridges engineering and the commercial side of the product. CFG members handle development, architecture, product, and direct customer interaction: translating customer needs into the product, building new features, and resolving pressing technical issues. The role needs a solid backend builder who can also take a holistic, product-and-customer view, with a focus on infrastructure, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Node.js / TypeScript proficiency (or other relevant backend languages)

- SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience scaling systems for high-volume data processing
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services — serverless computing, managed databases
- 5+ years of backend development, with a strong focus on customer-centric products
- Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Customer-facing / pre-sales technical experience
