As a Registered Practical Nurse , you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being. Strong knowledge of safe medication administration,



with the ability to prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and the College of Nurses of Ontario standards

Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to following up on all concerns and complaints forwarded by a Client, family or team members and informs/seeks assistance from the Registered Nurse or designate

Promoting the Client’s self-care and self-sufficiency, emphasize adaptation and abilities, promote wellness and provide preventative health education, thus by treating the whole person

Proven ability to complete assessments, RAPS, and individualized care plans accurately and within required timeframes

Supporting the unregulated care workers through guidance, direction, training and education

Post-graduate studies in Geriatrics and Nursing Administration is an asset

Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Minimum of one (1) year experience in Geriatric Nursing, Healthcare and/or Rehabilitation as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
