We are looking for an individual with a proactive approach to maintenance. Minimum of two to three years previous experience considered an asset
A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract,



with access to a personal vehicle for travel between sites within the Acheson/Stony Plain area (mileage reimbursed)
Valid 5th class power engineering ABSA ticket will be an asset
Ownership of and ability to carry a sufficient set of tools to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks independently
Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
Plumbing and HVAC knowledge would be considered an asset
Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
Robust customer care and communication skill

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

Performing general maintenance tasks such as interior door repair and installation, interior painting, drywall repairs, and other related duties.
Utilizing a wide range of self-provided hand and power tools, with knowledge of basic carpentry skills including painting and drywall repair, is considered an asset.
Supporting building operations and functions as required, including contractor escorts, on-site orientation support, and follow‑up with contractors on completed work.
Responding immediately to on-demand service requests and emergencies related to client and building operations.
Troubleshooting building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm panels.
Completing routine inspections and required documentation, including weekly and monthly checks/tasks, logs, full interior and exterior building inspections, and roof top checks.
Performing and tracking preventive maintenance (PM) activities and time‑sensitive reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual basis.
Identifying and reporting all deficiencies to the Operations Supervisor and Maintenance Scheduler to ensure consistent, worry‑free service delivery.
