Operations Manager - Feed & Biofuel

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Windsor, Ontario manufacturing facility.
This is a key site leadership role responsible for safety, operational performance, workforce development, continuous improvement, and long-term business success. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and help drive operational excellence while living the principles of the #1ANDRITZway .
Lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Windsor facility.
Drive environmental stewardship, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop department leaders, shift supervisors, and manufacturing teams.
Manage facility budgets, capital investments, and business improvement initiatives.
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer commitments are consistently achieved.
Drive operational excellence through process, equipment, and quality improvements.
Strengthen workforce capabilities through coaching, development, and succession planning.




5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, or general management.
~ Strong business and financial acumen, including:

- Profit & Loss management
- Balance sheet and cash flow management

Robust communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
