Our British Columbia Flat Deck division is currently hiring Company Drivers in Prince Rupert and Terrace! As an Arrow driver, you will be hauling products that are directly related to building the economic growth in beautiful Western Canada. You will travel on various highways in Western Canada (ie. Perform pre and post and en route trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, roadworthiness and regulatory compliance.

Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, load securement, driver's hours of service, occupational health and safety,



transportation of dangerous goods, and weights and dimensions.

Operate equipment such as truck cab computers, CB radios, and telephones to exchange necessary information with bases, supervisors, or other drivers.

Ensure that all customers, co-workers and the public are dealt with professionally and with respect.

Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract

Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, for safe work execution, documentation, and coordination with dispatch and site personnel

Ability to take direction, work independently with minimal supervision, and cross‑train across facility functions

Strong safety, quality, and organizational mindset, including task prioritization and meeting timelines

Positive, flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic
