With hundreds of clients and over $30 million raised, Feathery is the quick-growing leader in financial agentic automation. Industry leaders like Tokio Marine, Sequoia Financial, and Cerity Partners run their client-facing workflows on Feathery, from onboarding and risk assessment to reconciling systems and generating proposals and reports.
We're building a future where financial operations shift from paperwork, manual data entry, and disconnected systems to intelligent, automated workflows that let firms spend their time on clients instead of process. As Feathery grows across insurance and wealth management, conferences, industry events, and in-person programs are becoming an increasingly important part of how we build awareness, engage enterprise buyers, and generate pipeline.
We’re hiring a Field Marketing Specialist – North America to own the execution of our growing event and field marketing calendar. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to bring Feathery to life at industry conferences, customer and prospect events, executive programs, and other field activations — ensuring every program is well executed and connected to measurable business outcomes.
You’ll own the execution of Feathery’s North America field marketing programs — from sponsorships, vendors, booths, attendee communications, and onsite logistics through Sales coordination, lead capture, follow-up, and reporting.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on where we show up and how we maximize each investment, while taking direct ownership of making the programs happen. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater ownership of Feathery’s event strategy — helping determine where we show up, how we invest, and which programs deliver the greatest impact.
It’s to turn them into meaningful experiences and conversations with the right customer relationships.
