Job : Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized
