The Payroll Administrator is directly responsible for performing time-card entry, data entry, and related duties in handling the day-to-day operations of the payroll processing function. In our environment that is continually changing and improving, the Payroll Administrator will strive to provide exceptional service for our business units by being self-motivated, hands-on, and a solid team player. The ideal candidate has a passion for Payroll and Finance.

- A passion for getting into the Payroll field
- Intermediate to advanced skills with G Suite are an asset

Assists in data entry, revisions,



and missed time for data to be available for processing of payroll and labor work tickets
Assists in training employees and contractors on how to use time entry and approval in the portal, acting as a resource, and providing technical assistance when required
Monitors accuracy and timeliness of 100% accurate data throughout the workflow
Liaise with Human Resources, Payroll, and Project Control departments on employee/contractor records to reflect true data
Follow up with employees and contractors on a daily basis on time capture, providing assistance when required
Communicate with managers and supervisors regarding employee and contractor time capture data
Daily audit of all time, labor, and equipment
Assist Payroll in employee set-up, record changes, terminations, and monitoring of email
Assist Accounts Receivable with maintaining timely billing of outbound invoices to customers
Provide primary backup to the Payroll Lead when on vacation
Greeting customers coming into the facility
