Identify prospects in need of temporary workforce services & solutions

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person

Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)

Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions

1-3 years of sales and business development experience

- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
- Important Role Requirement: This is a hybrid position that requires regular in-office presence and frequent travel within the local territory to conduct in-person prospective and existing client meetings. Hybrid work environment, working in the local office at least 2 days per week

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility,



a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
