Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, Country Ribbon, is seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Supervisor to join the team at its production facility in St. Country Ribbon Inc. is proud to provide customers with nutritious and delicious fresh and frozen chicken products produced from its farm, feed mill, and processing facilities, located in St. Its future includes continuous improvement and key decisions on strategic capital investments, production of high-quality marketable products, innovation, financial sustainability and alignment of people, processes and technology to achieve the full potential of the company.

Unique in Newfoundland and Labrador, the company is the province's only fully integrated chicken producer and processor, being involved in every stage of the process, from farm to plate. A proud contributor to the poultry industry in Newfoundland and Labrador and beyond, Country Ribbon Inc. is an anchor in the local agriculture economy and is integrated with the region's retail, restaurant, and poultry supply chain. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Supervisor to join us at our Farm facility in Cochrane Pond.

Under the direction of the Farm Manager, the Farm Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring operations are carried out safely and effectively. Lead, coach,



and support farm employees on daily tasks, work quality, safety, and animal care standards.

Ensure the consistent application of best-in-class animal husbandry practices, promoting animal welfare, health, biosecurity, and production performance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on animal welfare, production efficiency, and operational excellence.

Coordinate daily barn operations to achieve production targets and key performance indicators.

Maintain barns, facilities, and equipment through effective monitoring of environmental, feeding, and watering systems.

Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity protocols and disease prevention measures, proactively mitigating animal health risks.

Assist farm with production planning, staffing requirements, and operational priorities.

Post-secondary education in an agricultural or food science program.
