This includes equipment such as Panini Press, Toasters, Hot holding units, Cream Machines, sugar machines, Coffee Makers etc

Qualifications:
· Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
· Knowledge of Restaurant equipment preferred
· Strong troubleshooting skills required
· Must possess good communication skills both verbal and written
· Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills
· Must be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
· Must be able to use basic hand tools and power tools
· Must practice protected work habits (housekeeping, hazard identification)
· Maintain a valid driver's license Job Requirements
· Troubleshoot machine problems
· Replace and/or repair defective and worn parts
· Read, comprehend and follow machine manuals and follow instructions to get in working order
· Must ensure that work is organized in a manner to ensure employee safety is not compromised

Must be able to lift 40lbs Tools & equipment provided Must be available to work one day on the weekend REQUIREMENTS
